Good install even with he cold weather! The entire team was on time and thorough in the process. The team did a great job in the cleanup, took care of talking to the neighbors to ask for permission to inspect the tight property lines to gain access, and did a personal final walkthrough! We are very happy with our new roof. Great Build Construction was very professional and accommodating from the estimation process to installation. Communication was good prior to the installation and the installation team had the roof stripped and replaced in one day. I had a couple small concerns after the job, but I notified our project manager and he had them addressed the next day. We were very happy with the entire process. I needed to repair a chimney, replace a window lintel, and tuckpointing at various places. They gave me honest guidance throughout. They got their crew quickly and finished the project on time. Working with Great Build Construction was a pleasure from the first time we met throughout our entire project. They are very professional and will go above and beyond your expectations. They keep you informed throughout the work process. In our project of laying down pavers from our deck to our gazebo, if I wanted a paver changed due to the color variance, they were happy to change it and kept a smile throughout. They explained what they were going to do to get what we expected. After the completion of the job, the following day, I noted that there was a small puddle of water that remained on a small section of the walkway. They immediately told me that they would be out the following morning, and in this case, they kept their word, and of course, within a short period of time it was resolved.
